Hi, I’m Mark Ingram

LADC/MH

My strong faith, commitment to serve and passion for helping others live their best life led me to the counseling profession after retiring from the US military. I have been a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/Mental Health since 2007 and have worked in hospitals, drug court and private practice.

At Synergy Wellbeing, I work with adults and adolescents who are dealing with addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and PTSD. I enjoy helping couples and families repair and improve their relationships. I offer caring, compassionate Client Centered therapy with a focus on understanding you and your needs. I am certified in EMDR for trauma recovery and use Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice.

As a therapist, there’s no better feeling than helping someone break free of the prison of addiction and live a good life. I always tell my clients, “You are the best psychologist in the room.” I want to help you find purpose in your life and will help you find your own solutions and guide you toward the life you want for yourself. I can make a difference in your life by improving your self-confidence and helping you address mental health, relationship, or addiction challenges.

I graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Human Services and minor in Business from Upper Iowa University in 2000. In 2006 I earned a Master of Divinity degree from Oral Roberts University.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife and family, reading non-fiction and historical literature, fishing, bowling, and watching team sports. I volunteer at my local church and in the community and believe in helping others “live their best dream.”
